OneVoice Terms of Use / EULA and Community Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using OneVoice, you agree to these Terms of Use, the applicable store terms, and the OneVoice Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use OneVoice.

2. OneVoice Service

OneVoice is a multilingual communication app for private chats, group text chats, media messages, voice features, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and one-to-one audio/video calls. Some advanced features may require an active subscription or credits, as shown in the app before purchase.

3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

OneVoice may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions. The subscription title, duration, price, price per billing period, and included services are displayed in the app before purchase.

Each active subscription provides access to the premium services shown for that plan during the active subscription period. Depending on the plan, premium services may include message translation, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, one-to-one call features, live call translation, and other premium OneVoice services or credits displayed in the app.

For iOS purchases, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

For Android purchases, payments and subscriptions are handled by Google Play. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account subscription settings.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel the subscription through the subscription settings of the platform where you purchased it.

4. Apple Standard EULA

If OneVoice is downloaded from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless OneVoice provides a valid custom EULA in App Store Connect.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of OneVoice is also subject to the OneVoice Privacy Policy, which explains what data may be collected and how it is used.

6. Acceptable Use

You must use OneVoice lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with applicable laws.

8. Reporting and Blocking

You can report users and messages from inside OneVoice. You can also block users to stop private messages and one-to-one calls from them. Reports are reviewed to help protect the community.

9. Account Deletion

You can start account deletion from the OneVoice app profile screen. Account deletion removes or anonymizes personal account data, sessions, devices, and access to OneVoice. Some records may be retained where required for security, abuse prevention, transaction records, legal obligations, or conversation integrity.

10. Enforcement

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risks for other users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
